주식회사 주식회사 샐러드랩(이하 “샐러드랩”)는 유저들의 개인정보를 철저히 보호하며 불법적인 정보사용, 정보유출 등으로 인한 인권피해가 발생하지 않도록 노력하고 있습니다.
샐러드랩은 개인정보보호정책을 통하여 유저들이 제공하는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있으며 개인정보보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 알려드립니다.
유저가 본 개인정보 취급방침의 내용에 대하여 “동의” 버튼을 누르면, 개인정보 수집에 대해 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

샐러드랩은 유저에게 서비스를 제공하기 위한 필수적인 정보들을 제공 받고 있습니다. 인권 침해의 우려가 있는 민감한 개인정보(주민등록번호, 인종 및 민족, 사상 및 신조, 출신지 및 본적지, 정치적 성향 및 범죄기록, 건강상태 및 성생활 등)는 수집하지 않으며 부득이하게 수집해야 할 경우 유저들의 사전 동의를 반드시 구하도록 하고 있습니다. 개인정보 중 이메일(e-mail)과 휴대전화번호는 회원 인증, 서비스 제공, 고지사항 전달, 본인 의사 확인, 불만처리 등 의사소통의 경로 확보, 새로운 서비스나 이벤트 정보 등의 최신정보 안내의 용도로 사용됩니다. 샐러드랩은 어떠한 경우라도 유저의 개인정보를 사전에 밝힌 목적 이외의 다른 목적으로 사용하지 않으며, 해당 정보를 위부로 유출시키지 않습니다. 그러나 샐러드랩의 서비스 또는 광고 배너 등으로 링크되어 있는 타 사이트에서 유저의 동의를 거쳐 개인정보를 수집하는 행위에 대해서는 본 개인정보보호정책이 적용되지 않음을 알려드립니다.
- 고객의 정보 수집방법 : 고객사 웹사이트의 공개된 API활용, 소셜미디어 API활용 하거나, 웹문서를 통한 사용자 입력, 출력된 종이문서, 이메일로 일부 정보를 수집할 수도 있습니다.
2. 개인정보 수집목적 및 이용목적
샐러드랩은 제공하는 서비스의 원활한 제공을 위하여 유저의 동의 하에 유저의 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다. 샐러드랩은 위의 목적 이외에는 수집된 개인정보를 사용할 수 없습니다. 다만 추후 개인정보의 사용목적과 용도가 변경될 경우에는 공지합니다. “개인정보”라 함은 생존하는 개인에 관한 정보로서 당해 정보에 포함되어 있는 당해 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보(당해 정보만으로는 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없더라도 다른 정보와 용이하게 결합하여 식별할 수 있는 것을 포함)를 말합니다. 샐러드랩은 아래와 같은 서비스 제반 업무를 위하여 개인정보를 수집 및 이용합니다.

샐러드랩은 고객사의 웹사이트에 배송안내 SMS 위탁발송, 고객상품 후기위탁관리(후기작성, 관리, 적립금지급관리 등), 설문조사(문항작성, 답변 관리), 고객 세그먼트 생성, 상품추천 알고리즘 개선, 프로모션 메시지 발송 등
2. 계정 관리
서비스 제공을 위한 본인 식별·인증, 회원자격 유지·관리, 서비스 부정이용 방지, 각종 고지·통지 목적 등
3. 개인정보 보유기간 및 이용기간
유저가 샐러드랩에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 동안은 샐러드랩은 유저의 개인정보를 지속적으로 보유하며 편리한 서비스의 제공을 위한 기초 자료로 이용합니다. 다만 유저 본인이 개인정보를 변경하거나 삭제 요청을 하는 경우는 샐러드랩에서 정책에 따라서 삭제하여 추후 열람이나 이용이 불가능한 상태로 처리하고 있습니다.
4. 개인정보 제공 및 공유
개인정보는 원칙적으로 서비스와 무관한 제 3자에게 유저의 동의 없이 제공될 수 없습니다. 샐러드랩은 약관에 의거하여 다음과 같은 경우 개인정보를 유저의 동의 없이 제공, 판매할 수 있습니다.
1. 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 가공되어 샐러드랩과 계약한 개인 또는 고객에게 제공되는 경우
2. 통계작성, 학술연구 또는 시장조사를 위하여 필요한 경우로써 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 제공하는 경우
샐러드랩은 약관에 의거하여 다음과 같은 경우 개인정보를 유저의 동의 없이 제 3자에게 제공할 수 있습니다.
1. 유저가 서비스를 이용하여 타인에게 정신적 또는 물질적 피해를 줌으로써 그에 대한 법적인 조치를 취하기 위하여 개인정보를 공개해야 한다고 판단되는 충분한 근거가 있는 경우
2. 유저의 법령 또는 약관의 위반을 포함하여 부정행위 확인 등의 정보보호 업무를 위해 필요한 경우
3. 법에 의거하여 적법한 절차에 의한 수사기관이나 기타 정부기관으로부터 정보제공을 요청 받은 경우
4. 기타 법률에 의해 요구되는 경우
또한 Google API 등으로부터 수집한 정보를 외부에 제공하지 않으며, 정보주체의 동의 없이 Google 사용자 데이터를 공유하거나 판매, 임대, 공개하지 않습니다. 단, 법률에 의해 요구되거나(위 4조 3항에서 6항) 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 경우(제8조)에 제3자에게 데이터를 제공할 수 있습니다. 회사는 Google 사용자 데이터의 공유, 이전 또는 공개 시 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 준수하며, 관련 데이터는 적절한 기술적 및 조직적 조치를 통해 안전하게 처리됩니다.
5. 개인정보 보유기간
개인정보 보유기간은 유저가 이용계약 종료를 신청하여 샐러드랩이 승인하기까지 입니다. 유저와 샐러드랩 간의 이용계약이 종료될 경우에는 유저의 개인정보에 대한 수집한 모든 정보를 삭제하고 수집을 중단합니다. 단, 다음의 정보에 대해서는 아래의 이유로 명시한 기간 동안 보존합니다.

- 보존이유 : 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록 보존
- 보존기간: 샐러드랩이 제공하는 서비스 이용 후 5년이 지나면 자동으로 파기

6. 개인정보관련 기술적 관리적 대책보안
샐러드랩은 해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의해 유저의 개인정보가 유출되거나 훼손되는 것을 막기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 개인정보의 훼손에 대비해서 자료를 수시로 백업하고 있고, 최신 백신프로그램을 이용하여 유저들의 개인정보나 자료가 누출되거나 손상되지 않도록 방지하고 있으며, 암호화 통신 등을 통하여 네트워크상에서 개인정보를 안전하게 전송할 수 있도록 하고 있습니다. 그리고 침입차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있으며, 기타 시스템적으로 보안성을 확보하기 위한 가능한 모든 기술적 장치를 갖추려고 노력하고 있습니다. 샐러드랩의 개인정보관련 취급 직원은 담당자에 한정시키고 있고 이를 위한 별도의 비밀번호를 부여하여 정기적으로 갱신하고 있으며, 담당자에 대한 수시교육을 통하여 샐러드랩의 개인정보보호정책의 준수를 강조하고 있습니다. 샐러드랩은 유저 부주의로 인한 개인정보의 유출에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않으므로 유저 본인의 개인정보보호를 위해 노력을 기울여주시길 바랍니다.
7. 쿠키(cookie) 운영에 관한 사항
샐러드랩은 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다. 쿠키는 웹사이트를 운영하는데 이용되는 서버(HTTP)가 유저의 컴퓨터 브라우저에게 보내는 소량의 정보이며 유저들의 PC컴퓨터내의 하드디스크에 저장되기도 합니다. 샐러드랩이 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 쿠키를 사용할 때는 유저들은 쿠키에 대하여 사용여부를 선택할 수 있습니다. 이때 유저는 웹브라우저의 옵션을 통해서 쿠키가 저장될 때마다 확인을 거치거나 모든 쿠키의 저장을 거부할 수도 있습니다. 또한 샐러드랩은 유효한 법적 절차를 통하지 않고서는 쿠키의 정보를 제 3자에게 절대 공개하지 않습니다.

8. 개인정보 위탁처리
샐러드랩은 서비스 향상을 위해서 유저들의 개인정보를 외부전문업체에 위탁하여 처리할 수 있습니다. 개인정보의 처리를 위탁하는 경우에는 미리 그 사실을 유저들에게 공지할 것입니다. 또한 위탁계약 등을 통하여 서비스제공자의 개인정보보호 관련 지시엄수, 개인정보에 관한 비밀유지, 제3자 제공의 금지 및 사고 시의 책임부담 등을 명확히 규정하고 당해 계약내용을 서면 또 전자적으로 보관할 것입니다.

SaladLab Co., Ltd. (“SaladLab”) strictly protects Users’ personal information and endeavors to prevent human‑rights violations caused by illegal information use and information leakage.
Through this Privacy Policy, SaladLab informs Users of the purposes and methods by which personal information provided by Users is used and what measures are taken to protect personal information.
If a User clicks the “Agree” button to the contents of this Privacy Policy, the User is deemed to have agreed to the collection of personal information.
1. Items of Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods
1) Items of personal information collected
Information of Customer Companies: store name, store URL, store representative phone number, store representative email, login identification value for Google login, name, Google ID.
Information of Customers: customer name, e‑mail address, customer ID, mobile phone number, purchase information (date/time, product name, delivery information, grade, product price, quantity), social media account information, social media posting images and texts, and review information (author information, store ID, product reviews, survey response information).
2) Methods of collection of personal information
SaladLab receives information essential to provide the Services. Sensitive personal information (resident registration number, race and ethnicity, ideology and creed, place of origin and domicile, political preferences and criminal records, health status and sexual life, etc.) that has the risk of infringing human rights is not collected; if it must unavoidably be collected, prior consent of Users is obtained. Among personal information, e‑mail addresses and mobile phone numbers are used for member authentication, provision of services, delivery of notices, confirmation of intent, handling of complaints, securing a channel of communication, and provision of the latest information such as new services or event information. SaladLab will not use Users’ personal information for any purpose other than the stated purposes, nor leak such information to the outside. However, please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the acts of collecting personal information, with Users’ consent, by other sites linked through SaladLab’s Services or advertising banners.

2. Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information
With Users’ consent, SaladLab is collecting Users’ personal information for the smooth provision of the Services. SaladLab may not use collected personal information for purposes other than the above; however, if purposes and uses of personal information change in the future, SaladLab will give notice. “Personal information” means information about a living individual that can identify the individual included in the information (including cases where a specific individual cannot be identified by the information alone, but can be easily identified when combined with other information). SaladLab collects and uses personal information for the following service‑related tasks.
Review management, CRM and product recommendation services: delegated transmission of delivery‑notice SMS on a Customer Company’s website; delegated management of customer product reviews (review writing, management, reward/point payment management, etc.); surveys (question creation, response management); creation of customer segments; improvement of product recommendation algorithms; sending promotional messages.
Account management: identification and authentication for service provision, maintenance and management of membership, prevention of fraudulent use of services, purposes of various notices and communications, etc.
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
While a User uses services provided by SaladLab, SaladLab continuously retains the User’s personal information and uses it as basic data for providing convenient services. However, if the User changes or requests deletion of personal information, SaladLab deletes it in accordance with policy so that it is not viewable or usable thereafter.
4. Provision and Sharing of Personal Information
In principle, personal information cannot be provided to unrelated third parties without Users’ consent. Pursuant to the Terms, SaladLab may provide or sell personal information without Users’ consent in the following cases.
Where it is processed in a form that cannot identify a specific individual and provided to individuals or Customers with whom SaladLab has contracted.
Where it is necessary for the preparation of statistics, academic research or market research and is provided in a form that cannot identify a specific individual.
Pursuant to the Terms, SaladLab may provide personal information to third parties without Users’ consent in the following cases.
Where sufficient grounds exist to determine that personal information must be disclosed to take legal action due to mental or material harm caused to others through the User’s use of the Services.
Where necessary for information‑security tasks such as confirming fraudulent acts, including the User’s violation of laws or the Terms.
Where information is requested by investigative or other government agencies in accordance with law through due procedures.
Where required by other laws.
In addition, information collected through Google APIs is not provided to external parties, and without the data subject’s consent, Google user data is not shared, sold, rented or disclosed. However, data may be provided to third parties where required by law (Items 3 to 6 above in Article 4) or as necessary to provide the Services (Article 8). The Company complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy when sharing, transferring or disclosing Google user data, and the relevant data is handled securely through appropriate technical and organizational measures.
5. Retention Period of Personal Information
The retention period of personal information lasts until the User applies for termination of the use agreement and SaladLab approves it. When the use agreement between the User and SaladLab is terminated, all information collected about the User’s personal information is deleted and collection is discontinued. However, the following information is retained for the period specified below for the reasons stated below.
Information retained: order information of store customers — Reason for retention: retention of records regarding contracts or withdrawal of subscription — Retention period: automatically destroyed after five (5) years have elapsed since use of the services provided by SaladLab — Basis for retention: retained for five (5) years pursuant to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
6. Technical and Administrative Measures Concerning Personal Information
SaladLab does its best to prevent Users’ personal information from being leaked or damaged due to hacking or computer viruses. To prepare against damage to personal information, SaladLab backs up data from time to time; uses the latest anti‑virus programs to prevent Users’ personal information or data from being leaked or damaged; and enables secure transmission of personal information on networks through encrypted communications. SaladLab uses intrusion‑prevention systems to control unauthorized access from outside and endeavors to equip all feasible technical devices to ensure system security. SaladLab limits staff handling personal information to those in charge, assigns separate passwords that are regularly updated, and through frequent training emphasizes compliance with SaladLab’s personal‑information protection policies. SaladLab is not responsible for leakage of personal information due to Users’ carelessness, so please make efforts to protect your own personal information.
7. Matters Concerning Operation of Cookies
To provide high‑quality services, SaladLab may use cookies. Cookies are small amounts of information that the server (HTTP) operating the website sends to Users’ computer browsers and may be stored on Users’ hard disks. When using cookies to provide high‑quality services, Users can choose whether to use cookies. Users can set the options of their web browser to require confirmation whenever a cookie is stored or to refuse storage of all cookies. Also, SaladLab will never disclose cookie information to third parties without valid legal procedures.
The Company may use the analytics tool Google Analytics on its website. Details on how cookies are used in Google Web Analytics can be found here, and Google Analytics can be disabled for all websites here.
8. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
To improve services, SaladLab may outsource processing of personal information to external specialist companies. If processing of personal information is outsourced, SaladLab will notify Users in advance. Through outsourcing contracts, SaladLab will clearly stipulate compliance with instructions related to personal‑information protection by the service provider, confidentiality regarding personal information, prohibition of provision to third parties, and responsibility in case of an incident, and will keep such contract in writing or electronically. SaladLab collects Users’ opinions related to personal‑information protection and has prepared all procedures and methods to handle complaints. Users may report complaints to SaladLab’s privacy officer and manager, and SaladLab will provide a swift and sufficient response to Users’ reports.
